Camphill Monthly Market

First Sunday of every month - 10am to 2pm

Camphill Village invites the general public to join us for a lovely day out in the country at our monthly market. Our surroundings are relaxing and peaceful with beautiful gardens and shady trees around the market area, where visiting stallholders and Camphill residents set up their food and craft stalls.

A wide range of goods are on offer: Camphill's own produce of organic vegetables, fruits and herbs, the dairy's legendary yoghurts and cheeses, the bakery's renowned breads, biscuits and rusks, the herbal workshops fragrant lotions and soaps. The Camphill cafe serves up a tempting array of cakes, all freshly baked in the village, and tempts the appetite with bacon and egg rolls, quiches, wraps, salads and vegetarian lunches.

Visiting stallholders add their own craft products to the mix, as well as plants, delectable cooked food, baked goods, jewellery and crystals.

Pandora's Box, Camphill's own vintage shop, where you can find that rare treasure or bargain, and some of the residents run their own stalls selling their artwork, crafts or second-hand books.

Live music from a variety of artists keeps the vibe cool, while the little ones have a fine time on the jungle gym. Tractor rides give everyone a chance to explore the whole village at a gentle pace, visiting the various animals and learning about the farm.

Visitors to the market are welcome to cool off in our swimming pool (in an enclosed area by the community centre) in summer months. Please be aware that it is not supervised by Camphill personnel, so parents are responsible for their children's safety while using the pool.

Come and join us for a lovely day out in the country and relax with the beautiful people of Camphill Village.

Camphill market is held on the first Sunday of every month (except January) from 10am to 2pm.
